What we build

Applications and modernization

Web applications, REST APIs, data pipelines and integrations (Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, modern JavaScript). Legacy-to-modern migrations delivered with tests and documentation to your repository.

Self-hosted platform

A multi-tenant application platform that is container-based, air-gap capable and needs no external egress. It deploys on-premise, in your cloud or on disconnected networks, inside your own authorization boundary.

AI-enabled applications

Document and workflow automation, data-preparation pipelines, retrieval and classification, built on a provider-agnostic model layer: bring your own model and keys, or run local inference. Human-in-the-loop controls and audit evidence are part of the deliverable.

Sustainment and security evidence

Fixed-price bug-fix and enhancement cycles, test automation and technical documentation. NIST SP 800-53 control mapping, system security plan and POA&M artifacts, SBOM generation and post-quantum-ready cryptography choices.

How we engage

Deliverables, not labor hours. Every engagement is firm fixed price for a defined result; no time-and-materials, no key-personnel staffing plans.
No lock-in. All source code is delivered to repositories you own, under the data rights in the contract; open-source components are documented in the SBOM.
Runs where you run. No dependency on a cloud authorization: the platform is self-hosted and air-gap capable, so your boundary decides what runs.
Demonstrations on request. The platform running disconnected, or a sample sustainment task (fix, test, log) delivered to a repository you provide within five business days.
Ways to buy. Purchase orders and subscriptions, Commercial Solutions Openings and Other Transaction prototypes, SBIR/STTR, and subcontracts to primes. Electronic invoicing through IPP and WAWF.

Who we serve

Federal civilian and defense program offices, state and local agencies, public universities, and prime contractors that need a small, fast engineering partner for fixed-price software work. Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA conformance of web applications and content, with VPAT/ACR, is included in every build.
